Las Colinas District Day Camp
The Las Colinas District Day Camp will take place July 15th-19th at the LDS Church off of Valley Circle in Woodland Hills. With a Galaxy Trek theme the Cub Scouts are sure to have fun and adventure. Archery, a water slide, climbing wall, sports, crafts, advancements, and more will fill each day with discovery and excitement. The cost for Cubs before May first is $130 for a full week of fun. This program will be open to current Kindergartners if accompanied by a parent/guardian for the week. With only 125 spots for the 500+ boys in our district the camp will sellout again this year. Don't be late register today!
The Las Colinas District is a sub-unit of the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America serving the west San Fernando Valley and parts of the Conejo Valley. Communities within Las Colinas include Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Hidden Hills, Warner Center, West Hills, Westlake Village, Winnetka, and Woodland Hills. Approximately 2100 youth and 950 adult volunteers are members of the Boy Scouts of America in 95 units within Las Colinas. A volunteer District Committee serves these units and their communities by supporting and spreading a quality Scouting program. The District Committee has four main functions: Finance, Membership, Program, and Unit Service.
