About Our District

The Las Colinas District is a sub-unit of the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts of America serving the west San Fernando Valley and parts of the Conejo Valley. Communities within Las Colinas include Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Hidden Hills, Warner Center, West Hills, Westlake Village, Winnetka, and Woodland Hills. Approximately 2100 youth and 950 adult volunteers are members of the Boy Scouts of America in 95 units within Las Colinas. A volunteer District Committee serves these units and their communities by supporting and spreading a quality Scouting program. The District Committee has four main functions: Finance, Membership, Program, and Unit Service.
